The Los Angeles Valiant community was put on display at the Gallery Nucleus in Alhambra, CA featuring not just VALLA art, but Overwatch art in general. Our events manager, Montana Hauser, walks us through the preparation and completion of the #BeValiant Fanart Showcase.

I’m a behind the scene gal through and through, but when the team asked to capture a day-in-the-life of one of their own, I couldn’t turn them down. Heres a video me in the final stages of a fan-art gallery event I produced, inaugurating the “Be Valiant” event campaign.

Los Angeles Valiant PR Manager, Jen Neale, walks us through the #BeValiant Girls in Gaming Summit presented by Microsoft. We meet some of the amazing women who participated in the panels (Michele Morrow, Emmalee Garrido, Courtney Williams, to name just a few.) And we meet some attendees who were happy to share their experience with the event.

Here’s an event close to my heart (luckily, I’m back behind the scenes). Amplifying females in the gaming industry was both a needed highlight within the industry and a passion project of mine. Our small team was able to build out every inch of the space with in-theme decorations and intention. We continued to build upon the values of the “Be Valiant” campaign, a strategic series I developed.
